Each line is 65 characters long including spaces. The characters for 1 email address and 1 web site URL are not counted toward the 65 per line. If you include a second or more email address or second or more web site, these are counted as part of your 65
characters per line. We will hyperlink your email address and web address so you can be easily contacted. We limit the number of ads in each issue on a first-come, first-served basis. We will notify you by email as to your ad's run date.

Factpr-Tips.com reserves the right to discontinue or refuse any advertisement. We will not accept ads for adult
products or services, bulk email products or services, or ads which in our judgment are of no benefit to our readers. Ads pertaining to small factors and investors are desired and will result in more sales for
you. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SmallFactor.com and its parent company, Dash Point Services, Inc.,
from any and all liabilities, including attorney's fees, resulting from any claims you make in your advertisements. All ads must be prepaid at least 3 days prior to issue’s release. No refunds will be given once an ad has been emailed. Purchasing an ad means you have read and accept these Guidelines.
